Bosnia and Herzegovina: No return in 2015!

The Bosnian national broadcaster simply cannot afford Eurovision and has therefore to skip the contest for the third year in a row. Despite announcing their intentions to return a couple of months ago, it's now confirmed that Bosnia won't take part. This blogger isn't surprised but deeply saddened. Rumours were circulating last week that Regina may make a comeback but that is now obviously not happening. A shame. So 38 countries in Vienna??
