Italy: Samremo kicks off tonight!

It's that time of year again - it's time for Sanremo! This year the show will see its 63rd edition Seven acts from the Established Catagrory will feature tonight and then the following seven tomorrow - they will also sing two songs and one song will be eliminated thus leaving the other to complete the grand final! I'm so exited!

Sanremo is extraordinary! The show never fails to impress me and the quality of songs are usually very high! On Saturday, the artist will be announced which will represent Italy in Malmo - but the song will not necessarily be their Sanremo song, remember Nina Zilli's Per Sempre?

The Giovani category will present their entries tomorrow, it's possible the ESC representative will be selected from there. You can watch it here!

• Marta sui tubi – Vorrei and Dispari
• Maria Nazionale – Quando non parlo and E' colpa mia
• Chiara Galiazzo – L'esperienza dell'amore and Il futuro che sarà
