Once again, international artists can apply to take part. Mihai Traistariu has already announced his interest in participating.. Although this blogger would love to see Electric Fence represent Romania!

Romania: National final set for 8th March!
The Romanian entry will be selected on 8th March. Wiwibloggs reports the submission period has opened today and that it will close on 8th February.
