I am so upset to be reporting the news that one of the oldest countries in ESC has decided to withdraw! Such a shame...It's not much of a surprise, as they are having lots of money difficulties and haven't achieved good results recently! I just can't believe it. I really am sad! Today has been a very busy day as Poland has also confirmed that they won't participate however Montenegro have confirmed they will send an entry to Malmo! More on this news tomorrow. I'm so upset for all my Portuguese friends.

On a more positive note, they didn't rule out a 2014 return!
