Bulgaria initially announced their return to the contest in September, but decided to pull out since due to financial problems. However we may still see a Bulgarian representation in Vienna as BNT, the state-national broadcaster, haven't come to a final decision regarding their participation yet. A decision will be made after Junior Eurovision. So there's still some hope we'll see Bulgaria in Vienna :-)

Bulgaria: Participation still possible in Vienna!
Bulgaria initially announced their return to the contest in September, but decided to pull out since due to financial problems. However we may still see a Bulgarian representation in Vienna as BNT, the state-national broadcaster, haven't come to a final decision regarding their participation yet. A decision will be made after Junior Eurovision. So there's still some hope we'll see Bulgaria in Vienna :-)
