Vienna 2015: Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Morocco and Tunisia to send delegations!

Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Tunisia and Morocco are all sending delegation's to Vienna. Why ay ay ay ay? Maybe to get a taste of how things work if they're planning a debut in 2016? Or a return in Morocco's case... This blogger would love to have all these parties in Eurovision however I just can't see Kosovo competing. Sadly. Morocco were heavily rumoured to return for Baku 2012 however it never materialized. Tunisia wanted to debut in 1977 but for some unknown reasons, that never happened. Wouldn't it be lovely to have Arabic countries participate? And as for Kazakhstan, they've been fliring with Eurovision for some years now but are yet to be accepted as an EBU member. Maybe next year? Watch this space :-)
