TVE, the Spanish broadcaster, has announced that they are planning on copying their 2012 selection method by selecting their artist internally! Confirmation of the artist is due this week...Therefore we will know another artist participating in 2013 before the week is out, as Switzerland and Belgium will choose this weekend! ESCXtra reports this after rumours have been flying around the web saying how the country may have to withdraw.
